This project was created as part of an internal recognition program designed to celebrate employees who have achieved significant milestones within the company. It helps remember anniversaries, off-site events, and recognition awards, with employees receiving commemorative pins as a tangible reminder of their accomplishments. Additionally, this project serves as a source of inspiration for our clients, providing them with ideas and strategies to enhance their own employee recognition programs. It showcases unique approaches to gifting.
